The Training and Resource Development Service (TRDS) is an internal program of the Faridpur Development Agency (FDA). This program is dedicated to maintaining FDA’s assets, developing local resources, conducting research, and enhancing the skills of its employees and officials. Additionally, TRDS provides training to FDA’s team members to improve their efficiency and professional growth.

1. Maintenance and Management of FDA’s Resources

TRDS is responsible for overseeing and maintaining various assets of FDA, including:

  • FDA Training Center

  • FDA Office Campus and Buildings

  • FDA’s Flood Shelter, Houses, and Gardens

  • Permanent Facilities

  • Ponds

  • Trees and Plantation Management

  • Supervision of Residual Assets After Project Completion
